Terms of use

Trustycar · effective 17 October 2026

Trustycar is a personal log for your car. Your data stays on your phone, so keeping a copy is up to you. Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

Who we are

Trustycar is made by an independent developer (“we”), named as the seller on the App Store and as the developer on Google Play. Contact: ostrikov.s.b@gmail.com. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play terms apply too.

What the app is

We let you use Trustycar for your own, non-commercial purposes. Consumption, costs and statistics are calculated from what you enter, and service reminders are based on the intervals you set. They are estimates, not advice: always follow your vehicle’s manual and your workshop’s recommendations.

Your data

Everything you enter is stored only on your phone and belongs to you. The app has no cloud backup: if the phone is lost, broken or reset, or the app is deleted, the data is gone and we cannot recover it. Export a copy from time to time (Data → Export).

Use of the app

The app, its design and texts belong to us. Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, and don’t copy, resell or modify it except where the law allows.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Trustycar correct and reliable, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may change features or stop updating the app.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, missed services or decisions based on the app’s calculations or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
